40 years of history
In March 1983, Domenico in his early twenties decided to embark on this new adventure starting right from his parents’ small business.
Having overcome the initial difficulties, with tenacity and a spirit of sacrifice, Domenico manages to make his oven products known. The first business expansion begins as well as the first mechanization processes and the passion begins to be handed down from generation to generation.
A rapidly expanding company distributing both in Italy and abroad, moves to the industrial area of Putignano, opening a new factory.
A new phase begins for the company by demonstrating the quality of products and work processes, it manages to obtain two important certifications; the BRC food and IFS food.
A further transformation takes place, the introduction of robotics into the work processes to improve the quality of our processes and the safety of our products.
We improve the safety of our processes by obtaining the UNI EN ISO 22000/2005 CAT. C food safety and maintaining BRC food grande A, IFS food at Higher Level.
In this world pandemic situation, we are trying to maintain the achieved requirements and the market.
The New industrial complex
The new industrial complex is located in the artisan area of the municipality of Putignano, conceived and created to produce tarallini, friselline and crostini..
We believe in the fusion between Art, Culture, History and Innovation, offering healthy, good and quality foods which, in addition to giving Health, are valid tools to export the Culinary Culture of the Apulian Bakery around the world.
We do this through the offer of products inspired by criteria of quality, authenticity and food safety by developing new culinary charms and focusing every day the aim of meetings the needs of those who rely on us for the pleasure of good food.
